The water-cooled oil cooler system, which is standard on the GR86/BRZ, circulates coolant through the water lines in the oil block to control the rise in oil temperature. The GReddy Water-Cooled Oil Cooler Upgrade Kit is equipped with a dedicated compact cooler core located just before the oil block, further improving the heat exchange efficiency of the factory water-cooled oil cooler.

While designed primarily for street use, this kit has undergone repeated testing on the circuit and is recommended for those who are concerned about rising oil temperatures during sporty street driving, winding roads, etc.

For continuous lap sessions or drifting, it is recommended to install the air-cooled "GReddy オイルクーラーキット スタンダード ZN8/ZD8 10段 サーキットスペック (CODE: 12014641)."

Specifications

The core's position is carefully designed to minimize any impact on the radiator or air conditioning condenser (Core Position: In front of the radiator).

The hoses are made of durable and flexible rubber hoses to ensure equivalent durability to the OEM hoses (Hose: Coolant-compatible rubber hose).

By installing this product, oil temperature is stabilized, preventing rapid deterioration of the engine oil and maintaining lubrication and cleaning properties, which ultimately extends the engine's lifespan.

Easy installation and removal (can return to OEM) as it is placed within the OEM water lines.

Additional coolant is required (approximately 1 liter).

Reference Installation Time: 1 hour + air bleeding (including bumper removal/installation).
